Business Analyst in Corporate Finance Department will closely work with senior management on daily financial and strategic matters including investor relations, asset management and strategic planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare written materials to support senior management
- Manage investor relations and public relations
- Participate in new engagement opportunities
Report directly to CEO/CFO on daily corporate finance matters
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree (BA or BS) with courseworks in finance and accounting recommended
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize and allocate time based upon project importance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially with Excel and Powerpoint)
- 1~2 years of related experience in banking or corporate finance preferred
- AICPA, CFA and other finance-related certificates are a plus

3D Graphics H/W Engineer

3D Graphics H/W Engineer design engineer with strong FPGA system design expertise as well as digital logic design capabilities.
Will act as main contributor in design, analysis, and implementation of ray-tracing rendering H/W for semiconductor chip.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be part of an core IP team developing high-speed ray-tracing H/W functions that enable our graphics processing units (GPU)
- Contribute to the development of very high speed FPGA system
- Contribute to the design and implementation of high speed interfaces 
- Design, simulate, and verify ray-tracing FPGA IP.
- Support technology transfer to product development teams.
- Support debug and characterization of design.
- If you have a strong ability to learn and explore new technologies and are able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills, this is the ideal position for you.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- MS or Phd in Electronical/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. 
- 3+ years deep FPGA system design experience for CMOS Circuit Design
- Requires strong fundamental understanding of 3D graphics rendering technology
- In-depth knowledge of: 
- You will also need a good understanding of Xilinx's FPGA design environment and verilog. Programming language skills (C, C++) as well as digital design skills are a plus.
